The room had a nice size, providing a comfortable space to relax. The bed was relatively comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. Temperature control was adequate, preventing it from becoming uncomfortably hot. Noise was minimal; it felt like either guests were quiet or soundproofing was effective. Complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby lounge was a nice touch. The property was well-kept and clean. Breakfast options were abundant in a spacious dining area. Staff were friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Parking was plentiful, making it convenient for our outings.

My favorite property in Glenwood Springs. Variety of supplies in the room: multi-channel television, a seating area and ironing facilities. Location: the hotel was really close to the center of town, town centre, the highway.

Breakfast but I didn't like the sound of dogs barking and guy at the entrance told me I was lying about the number of people staying in the room and I showed him my reservation and he said I forgot what I told him to complain about but nobody did anything.

Continental breakfast with a wide range of options. Incredibly comfortable and updated rooms and hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. What a marvellous location central to a variety of activities! Plus, 15 minutes drive from The Great Barn.

The room was spacious, bathroom clean. Beds came with plush pillows for comfort. The breakfast spread included buffet, style options like cereals, scrambled eggs, sausages, and more. The hotel's location was close to shops, restaurants, and hot springs , convenient for exploring the area.

The staff's hospitality during check, in felt lacking, not very welcoming. The area around the hotel wasn't very walkable, limiting options for exploring on foot.
